Drum Circle after a month of shooting

This is from my final edit after shooting the Malcolm X Drum Circle for 4 weeks. I was shooting this for my photo editing class. I am going to continue going to the drum circle and shooting, it just offers a lot of moments, and I have found it to be a challenging subject to shoot because of all the people around and all of them moving fast around me.

  2. The energy in these is fantastic, you're organizing space really well for having so many people around you, that can get over whelming and limbs and stories can be too mixed together in large gatherings like this. The ones that are most striking to me in this batch are the night shots, the first one of the woman in blue staring right at you is intense, and i love the woman in the foreground her gesture coming in and pointing your eye to move around and observe the rest of the people and their interactions. All of these are very passionate, and the people seem really dedicated to this, i would like to see a few individual portraits or moments mixed in with all of these energizing shots, even though i like the sense of unity that all of these images bring.
