i like how your brought the process full-circle by using an image of your own. so, its been from newspapers, tv, and now your own camera? something about the gesture reminds me of Gainsborough's blue boy. i'm really in to the movement of the hand and the spacing within the frame. i wish i could see it in person in order to compare it to the rest of the pieces in this series in terms of size, paint texture/quality, composition, etc. its been really cool to see this series come into being and hear about your process. if you happen to have time, would love to see the source image and here how your final review boards went.
